ELITE AFTERMARKET, LLC (“Elite Aftermarket”) IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL OR PRINTING ERRORS IN CONNECTION WITH USING OUR SYSTEM, PRICES CHANGES, OR AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS, AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETRACT AND CORRECT ALL OMISSIONS OR PRINTING ERRORS. METHODS OF PAYMENT & PAYMENT TERMS

In the sole discretion of Elite Aftermarket, ALL new accounts are subject to a retainer amount of cash in advance (export  accounts only), or certified funds, of which such amount shall be determined by Elite Aftermarket. Elite Aftermarket accepts Master Card and Visa and reserves the right not to accept credit card payments from certain countries or third parties.  Such terms are subject to change without notice.

 
BACK-ORDERS:

Elite Aftermarket always back order out of stock items and will ship received items to you as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY & CANCELLED ORDERS:

  All returnable products must be pre-approved by Elite Aftermarket and have a Material Return Authorization (MRA) number issued prior to the return. You can request an MRA number by contacting our customer service department at (866)5-ELITEE or online at returns@eliteaftermarket.com. The MRA number must accompany the returned product for acceptance. All returnable products must be damage free, in it original packaging, and received by Elite Aftermarket, within thirty (30) days after the shipment date. There is a twenty-five (25%) restocking fee on all authorized returned products. Special order and customized products (including products that have been installed, painted items, body panel items, electrical items, and floor mats) are NOT returnable. You are responsible for all return shipping charges for returnable products that are not accompanied by a MRA number. Elite Aftermarket will reimburse you for any shipping charge you incur due to our error. International returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. Custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or other such costs incurred by you are non-refundable. Any fees incurred by Elite Aftermarket due to accepting international returns on your behalf, will be charged directly to you.
 

All Elite Aftermarket parts are scrutinized for damage prior to shipment. Upon delivery, you must thoroughly inspect your products. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of your receipt. If you accept a product and fail to file a damage claim with the carrier within 48 hours, the carrier will consider the shipment to have arrived in good condition.

 

Requests to cancel an order made the same day will be cancelled without charge to you. Once products have entered the shipping process, they cannot be cancelled, except as stated above.

 

All “add-on” orders are deemed new orders and will be issued a separate order ticket. Such orders are subject to all minimum order requirements, and all normal shipping and freight charges apply.

 
 
WARRANTY

Elite Aftermarket makes no warranties or representations as to the merchantability of its products.  All warranty information, inquiries, and decisions whether or not to honor warranty claims is in the sole discretion of the manufacturer, and must be directed to the product’s manufacturer. However, Elite Aftermarket and its staff will do their best to help you in any way possible.

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

Elite Aftermarket will always try to meet or beat its competitors’ prices by up to 10% of the advertised purchase price. If you find the same products sold by our competitors, simply make a listing and send it to us for our review at sales@eliteaftermarket.com. You can make different listings for different competitors at any time you wish. We will study your listing(s) in detail and whenever possible, we will setup limited time special contract prices for your account in our system, with up to 10% discount from the lower prices you may currently pay to our competitor. We will notify you of the date on which you can begin purchasing the product(s) from Elite Aftermarket at the lower prices.
