Hummer is one of the most recognizable names out there. The mere mention of the name conjures of thoughts of unmatched off road performance. In these times of high gas prices it also makes you think of a big hit to the wallet with every fill up. Well guess what!! We've found a conversion kit for hummer that can increase overall performance of the H1 and H2 while increasing fuel economy to 22 MPG. That's right!!! 22 MPG from one of the nastiest offroad vehices out there. It's a Duramax conversion kit. It's supplied by Predator motorsports but they don't sell to the general public. So Elite Aftermarket is the place to get your hands on this money saver. The conversion consists of removing the stock engine, transmission and transfer case and replacing with the Duramax Engine, Allison Heavy Duty 5-speed Transmission and selectable 2WD/4WD transfer case. This conversion enables you to operate a selectable 2wd/4wd system which increases fuel economy up to whopping 22 mpg. Not sure of the price tag on this baby but with gas prices continuing to move upward the price may just be right.

| O.K . I am attempting to see who is actually KING of the off road once and for all. I currently own a 1995 Jeep wrangler YJ and a buddy of mine owns a 2002 hummer H1 and often we get into a debate of whose vehicle is better on the trails. True, both vehicles have great off road prowess and also have their shortcomings, but I want to see what the mass think. Since my buddy is not here to argue his point (high gas prices has limited his movements lately), I will not be subjective in this blog but instead let the people represent. So for those of you Jeep or Hummer enthusiast out there, this is the time to settle the beef once and for all. So whose it gonna be? http://www.Jeep.com or http://wwww.Hummer.com????? |

Google is starting to roll out a new feature that will help make Gmail more secure for people who use Firefox and Internet Explorer 7. The Official Gmail blog says: "At the bottom of your inbox, you'll see information about the time of the last activity on your account and whether it's still open in another location."
Clicking the link will also show "Recent activity": when and how you logged on (eg POP3, Mobile), and your IP address. It will also let you sign out of all sessions remotely.
This is just the sort of thing that should be readily available on all online services..... |

If you’ve been using Evernote for more than, oh, 2 days, then you probably noticed some pretty dramatic changes to the Evernote Web interface. Not only does it look great (*collective pat on the back*), but the new interface is also more user friendly, a whole lot zippier, and it saves a ton of vertical space, which makes it more usable at different screen sizes and resolutions. We also cleaned up the UI by removing redundant actions that can now be accomplished with drag and drop and multi-selection, such as tagging, moving, and deleting notes and notebooks. |
